My son has been attending the Little Dragons group at Elite Taekwondo for almost 2 years now. We love the classes and the atmosphere. They are very organized in class structures. They always have enough instructors so that kids can be split into smaller groups to work on their skills. Every child is encouraged, motivated, and taken care of. The classes are always fun and very active for the kids. My son has fun coming here. He also learned how to behave well at home, built good habbits, gained more confidence, and learned respect. Every instructor here is super helpful and attentive. And all the kids here are respectful and help each other. Atmosphere The atmosphere fostered by the patrons of elite is unmatched. The friendly demeanor and insightful experience that people here offer is unlike any other gym in the city. This is something you cannot create alone, nor get a good idea of it when comparing gyms. Instructors All instructors are well experienced and ensure they focus your attention on the most useful improvements you can make to develop your martial arts journey. Instructors are all excellent role models and incredibly welcoming and friendly. They make good effort to learn your name and make conversation, but also have immense respect for your bodily autonomy and for you as a person. Quality of workout I have never left the mats at elite think 'that was an OK workout'. I always get a great workout and you only have to push yourselves as far as your ability; instructors will help monitor this and advise you too. However, if you are experienced, don't think the workout will be too easy for lower belts. Instructors are great at teaching a varying level of skills and hold different expectations for each. Conclusion Overall if you have ever considered starting a martial art, or continuing your journey, elite is definitely the place to go.

We really love Elite Taekwondo; it’s really welcoming, and all the instructors are super friendly and attentive. They always make sure there are enough teachers for the number of kids, so everyone gets the attention they need. The classes are the perfect mix of structured and fun, and they really help teach kids discipline and how to interact well with others. My son has become much more confident since he started here. It’s also special for us because my husband got his black belt here when he was younger, and now our son is learning from some of the same great teachers. It’s nice to see that it’s been the same owner all these years.
